1. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Femifly purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can request an order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed for eligible items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our criteria.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
